A vitamin & herbal supplement manufacturer and international distribution organization, utilizing network marketing as the method of distribution. The Company operated in seven countries with over 35,000 active distributors and more than 450 employees. Integrated Enhanced Living products and distributors into Enrich organization and established needed financial, accounting and distributor relations systems for the consolidated group. Responsible for expansion into various international markets, Russia, Australia and Korea. During the time of his association with the Company, the consolidated revenues grew from $76 million to over $138 Million and the Company became an attractive acquisition target. Left organization shortly after sale of the Company.

Trysan Research, Inc. , dba Enhanced Living International, President, CEO and Board Chairman

Company developed highly effective products & distributed vitamin and herbal supplements in three countries through more than 3,000 distributors and 21 employees, utilizing network marketing as the method of distribution. The Company emphasized a scientific approach to product development and marketing. Two PhD organic chemists were part of the management team and more than five PhD organic chemists consulted with the Company. Five unique products were developed which were basis for merger with Enrich International, Inc.

Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. , Provo, Utah - Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

An herbal supplement & vitamin manufacturer that marketed products through an international direct sales structure with more than 70,000 distributors and 750 employees - Initially established operating and financial reporting systems for the dynamic fledgling organization. Company grew from $7 million in 1977 to $46 million by 1989 through effective strategic planning and emphasizing product quality and excellent service. Responsible for communication with financial community. Shareholders benefited through an effective investor relations program for Company's publicly traded stock. Vaughn helped company overcome bias from investment groups through regular increases in Company's performance and meeting growth expectations. Market makers grew from one to14 and the Company's market capitalization increased more than 11 times. The Company was recognized in 1988 and 1989 for the best investor relations program in U.S for small market cap organizations. During this period of growth, physical facilities were expanded and systems were added without utilizing debt. Also cash balances increased significantly. The Company's foundation for quality products and service has continued to build the revenues to more than $500 million in 2002.
